Return & Refund Policy – zovelix.in

We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or wrong products. We don’t accept returns if you simply changed your mind, chose the wrong size, or didn’t like the product.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

-You must raise the request within 5to7 days of receiving your order

-The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

-You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

-The product must be the same as delivered — no swaps or tampering

                           We do not accept returns on:

-Clearance sale products

-Items priced under ₹799

-Products without valid unboxing proof

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Send an email to lixzoveoffical@gmail.comwith:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-An unboxing video clearly showing the problem

-Photos (if needed for clarity)

Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return process and address details. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

-Customers are responsible for sending the product back.

-ZERO fee,s for returns or exchanges (covers handling, shipping, and restocking).

-Use a trackable courier service to avoid loss during transit. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds
After your return is received and verified:

-Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days

-For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must share their bank or UPI details for refund

-We will notify you once the refund is processed

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or UPI app

  2. Contact your card company or bank (some banks take time to reflect refunds)

  3. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at lixzoveofficial@gmail.com

Exchange Policy
If your product is approved for exchange, the same return process will apply. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the correct product to you.

Frequent Abuse of Return Policy
Accounts showing patterns of misuse, frequent cancellations, or return fraud may be permanently blocked from our store and reported to courier and e-commerce networks.
