-Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

-A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 visible during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS, along with a tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order.zovelix.in is not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Damaged Shipments
If your package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you’ve already received the order and it is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours.
An unboxing video is mandatory for us to process damage or wrong item claims.
